Terms & Conditions – Website Design & Setup
This payment covers the completed one‑page Wix website project, including:
- Custom website design
- Mobile‑friendly optimisation
- SEO setup (titles, descriptions, alt text, indexing)
- Cookie banner setup
- Website search feature integration
- Social media integration
- Copywriting for all website sections
- One month of communication, revisions, and project management
- Final testing, checks, and publishing
Any additional features or pages not listed above are outside the project scope.
2. Revisions
This payment includes all revisions already completed during the project period.
Any new revisions requested after payment may incur an additional fee.
3. Delivery & Approval
The website has been delivered in its final form.
By completing this payment, the client confirms satisfaction with the work completed.
4. Payment Structure
Work is considered “in progress” once 50% of the total payment has been received.
The project is marked “complete” once the final 50% balance has been paid.
This payment structure applies specifically to clients with unusual or exceptional payment circumstances, and ensures fairness and clarity throughout the project timeline.
5. Payment Terms
- The full amount of £891 is due upon purchase unless a split‑payment arrangement has been agreed.
- No refunds are available due to the digital and time‑based nature of the service.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information
- Supplying any required images or content not created by the designer
- Maintaining their Wix subscription and domain fees
- Managing the website after handover
7. Post‑Project Support
This payment does not include ongoing maintenance or future updates.
Support or updates after project completion can be booked as a separate service.
8. Ownership & Access
Once full payment is completed:
- The website design and content are transferred to the client
- The client receives full access to their Wix site
- The designer may showcase the project in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed
9. Additional Work
Any new requests outside the agreed scope (extra pages, redesigns, new features, additional copywriting, etc.) will be quoted separately.
